Tax Senior (Tulsa, OK)

Our clients are the backbone of this country... the small business owner. We don't accept any SEC clients. Our Tulsa office has been growing since its opening in 1983.

We relocated our office two years ago to provide additional room for expansion. Over the last ten years, we have acquired six local firms and we are actively looking for additional acquisitions to provide additional opportunities for staff advancement.

Our office is located in South Tulsa, conveniently located to major cross town highways for easy access to clients and your home. We are close to Woodland Hills mall and other major retailers making it easy to run errands at lunch. Speaking of lunch, we are surrounded by restaurants so you won't get tired of eating at the same old places day after day.

Candidates should meet the following qualifications:

BS or Master's degree with an emphasis in Accounting from an accredited university
Active CPA certification preferred or working toward if not already obtained
Minimum three years of recent work experience at a public accounting firm
Professionalism, integrity, and dependability combined with a cooperative attitude
Experience at supervising and mentoring other staff accountants
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.(We work in a paperless environment. Our tax department utilizes Prosystem fx Engagement. Knowledge of this software is a plus but not a requirement.)
Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet time constraints
Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills with attention to detail
Dedication to superior client service with ability to build and maintain relationships

Staff Accountant (Tucson, AZ)

The Tucson office of RCM is currently seeking audit and tax professionals at all levels of experience. We are a regional firm with a sophisticated and diversified clientele; we offer the opportunity to work with multiple companies in various areas of accounting. Internship (Tucson, AZ)

We have opportunities for interns at RCM. During the spring semester, our internships typically last from February 1 through April 15. Interns perform the same work that we typically assign to our first year staff accountants. This includes preparation of tax returns, including individuals, business, and fiduciary returns, assisting with audit fieldwork, and various bookkeeping projects.
